Community Initiative on Rational Drug Use and Abuse (CIRDU) is a non-governmental organization working to create a culture of prevention for drug abuse and misuse as well as promoting rational use of essential and non-essential drugs in the community through the creation of a social environment in which lifestyles and problems associated with substance use can be modified, using means available and acceptable to the community.
